My diet has been up and down since the seasons changed. Sometimes I am very very good and sometimes very very bad....I have had enough of being so up and down....I find Winter really difficult... The cold weather makes me crave unhealthy foods.... Last Spring/Summer, I cut out alcohol, gluten and also cut back on my dairy products. My diet was the healthiest it has ever been and I felt great. I need to get back to that... But it is proving almost impossible - wheat keeps creeping back into my diet....alcohol not much so.... Just the odd drink.
So I decided I needed a plan....so from tomorrow...the detox starts....I am going to blog everyday in the hope it will help me stick to it....
I am going to do Jason Vale's 7lbs in 7 days Super Juice Detox.... Although am only gonna do it for 5 days as off to visit family on Saturday for the weekend.

I am also going going to do Maya Fiennes Kundalini Yoga to detox and de-stress DVD every day.
