Spatone

Towards the end of last year, I seemed to be ill all the time... I would recover from one thing and then catch something else. The whole time, my energies levels felt really low...and I felt drained. I was recommended Floradix which did help a little but I still felt really tired. For some reason, although Floradix contains Iron, my body wasn't absorbing it or the levels were not high enough.

Last week I popped to Holland & Barratt to get some more Spirulina.... (Fabulous ingredient for my morning green juice) and was debating whether to buy some more Floradix as I had recently run out but not bought anymore cos I wasn't 100% happy with it.  I noticed Spatone on the shelf and remembered someone at Yoga Teacher Training mentioned to me a while back that it was EXCELLENT .... So I thought I would give it a go ....

So what is Spatone?

It is 100% natural liquid iron - an iron rich natural mineral water packed in Snowdonia, North Wales.

The iron is Spatone is highly absorbable. It comes in 28 sachets so just less than a months worth. I have been taking it just over a week and it's fantastic. Although, I have some sort of tummy bug and cold right now, I don't feel tired and seem to be recovering quicker than usual. I have been adding one to my morning juice. I bought the original flavour but it is also available in apple. The cheapest place to buy it is Amazon for £5.50 rather than £8.95 which it retails at in Holland & Barratt . Also you can subscribe monthly from amazon and buy it for £4.95  - definitely worth doing as this is something I am going to continue taking .
